Terms of use

The rules for using this website, its free tools and the AI Listing Studio. Draft for the owner to complete and have reviewed.

This is not a finished legal document.

It's an outline of what this page needs to cover, written as a starting point. It has not been reviewed by a legal professional and must not be relied on. Text in [square brackets] must be completed by the owner before launch.

About these terms

  • This website and the AI Listing Studio are run by Ross Thompson, a sole trader trading as Reseller Systems UK, [business address].
  • These terms apply from [effective date]. If we change them we'll tell account holders by email or in the app at least [14] days before changes affecting paid plans take effect.

Free tools and guides

  • Calculators and the listing checker give estimates and suggestions based only on what you enter. They aren't official eBay or Vinted rules.
  • Guides are general information, not tax, legal or financial advice. Platform fees and rules change; check the current terms of any platform you sell on.

Not affiliated with eBay, Vinted or Depop

  • Reseller Systems UK is independent and isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with eBay, Vinted or Depop. Their names are trademarks of their owners.

AI Listing Studio: your account

  • You must be 18 or over and give a real email address. Keep your password safe; you're responsible for activity on your account.
  • One account per person. Don't share accounts or resell access.

AI Listing Studio: what it does and doesn't do

  • The Studio reads your photos and the details you confirm and writes draft listings for you to review. It does not post to any marketplace.
  • AI can make mistakes. You're responsible for checking every listing is accurate and complies with the marketplace's rules before you publish it.
  • The Studio can't verify whether an item is genuine and won't describe items as authentic. It doesn't give price advice or promise sales.

Listings (credits)

  • One listing = one item, producing an eBay and a Vinted version, plus up to 2 free rewrites of that item.
  • A listing is used when the first eBay and Vinted listing is successfully produced. If something fails and no listing is produced, it isn't used.
  • If photos are analysed but you don't finish the listing within 24 hours, that listing counts as used (the photo analysis was carried out).
  • Free trial: 10 listings, once per person. Paid plans: the monthly number shown on your plan. Unused listings don't roll over to the next month.

Subscriptions and billing

  • RSUK Profit OS memberships (Founders, Standard and Pro) are monthly subscriptions billed in advance through Stripe on the same date each month until you cancel.
  • [Reviewer: if Stripe Managed Payments is switched on, Link (Stripe) is the merchant of record. Checkout and receipts say 'Sold through Link', card statements show LINK.COM*, Link sends receipts and renewal reminders and handles payment support, and members can also cancel at link.com. These terms must say so and name who the member contracts with for what. Prices must be set VAT-inclusive in Stripe, or Managed Payments adds VAT on top of the price shown.]
  • [Reviewer: the UK subscription contract rules (DMCCA Part 4, Chapter 2) are due to apply to contracts made from 1 January 2027 (draft Consumer Subscription Contracts (Cancellation and Information) Regulations 2026). Check the pre-contract information, reminder notices, cooling-off notices and an easy way to end the contract before taking subscriptions.]
  • Founders price lock: the first 30 paying Founders members pay £19.99 a month for as long as their subscription continues without a break. If you cancel and later rejoin, the price at that time applies. Moving up to Pro doesn't end your founder place: if you move back down, your Founders price applies again.
  • You can cancel any time from the Plan page (Manage billing). You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
  • Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect from your next billing date.
  • If a payment fails we'll retry it. If it still can't be collected, your plan will end and your account returns to the free allowance.
  • If we change the Standard price we'll give you at least [30] days' notice before your next payment at the new price, and you can cancel before then. A Founders member's locked price is never increased while their subscription continues.
  • 30-day money-back guarantee: see Returns & refunds.
  • AI listing top-ups are one-off payments for members (25, 50 or 100 extra AI listings). They're used after your monthly allowance, don't expire, and can only be used while you have a membership. A listing that fails gives its top-up back.
  • Your cancellation and refund rights are set out in Returns & refunds.

Acceptable use

  • Only upload photos of items you own and have the right to sell. Don't use the Studio to list counterfeit, stolen or prohibited items.
  • Don't upload photos of people, personal documents or anything unlawful.
  • Don't try to get around the listing limits, access other users' data, overload the service or copy it with automated tools.
  • We may suspend accounts that break these rules. Where we can, we'll tell you why first.

Your content

  • Your photos and listings stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you.

Availability and changes

  • We aim to keep the Studio available but can't promise it will never be interrupted, for example during maintenance or a provider outage.
  • We may improve or change features. If we make a change that significantly reduces what a paid plan includes, you can cancel and get a proportionate refund for the unused part of that month.

Our responsibility to you

  • Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
  • [Reviewer to draft limitation of liability wording, e.g. not liable for business losses such as lost sales or profit, or for marketplace actions on listings you publish.]

Downloads

  • [Pricing, payment, delivery of files, licence (personal use, no resale or sharing), and what happens if a download fails. Owner to complete before downloads go on sale.]

Governing law

  • [Reviewer to confirm, e.g. the laws of Northern Ireland, with consumers able to bring claims in their home part of the UK.]
